作者简介
克里肴那穆提（1895-1986），20世纪最卓越的心灵导师。1895年生于印度，1925年悟道，他的一生极富传奇色彩。他主张真理纯属个人的了悟，一定要用自己的光照亮自己。他一生的教诲皆在帮助人类从恐惧和无明中解脱，体悟慈与至乐的境界。因此佛教徒肯定他是“中观”的导师，印度教徒认为他是彻底的“觉者”，神智学者则认为他是道道地地的“禅”师。
