作者简介
大野耐一，著名的丰田生产方式的创始人。1912年出生于中国大连。1932年从名古屋高等工业学校毕业之后，进入丰田纺织公司，1943年，转入丰田汽车工业公司。1949年，担任机械工厂厂长，1954年成为董事之一，1964年担任常务董事，1970年担任专务董事，1975～1978年担任丰田汽车公司副社长。此后又先后担任丰田汽车工业公司顾问、合并后的丰田汽车公司顾问、丰田纺织协会会长等职务，于1990年去世。著作有《丰田生产方式》(钻石出版社)等。
