作者简介

克利夫顿·威尔（Clifon Ware）,美国明尼苏达大学明尼阿波利斯分校音乐学院荣休教授。西北大学声乐表演博士，曾任职美国国家歌剧院协会和国家声乐教师协会明尼苏达分会，为美国国家声乐教师协会基金董事会成员，并几度入选“全美名人录”。2000年获得舒伯特俱乐部颁发的“年度教师奖”。作为一名男高音独唱家，威尔博士曾与60多个一流音乐机构合作演出，出演过53首歌剧、轻歌剧、音乐剧角色，76首与管弦乐团及合唱团合作的曲目，超过25首独唱曲目，以及一些室内乐独唱曲目。编写出版过流行甚广的歌唱教学教材《声乐教学基本原理：歌唱的基础与历程》。此外，他还曾为美国国家歌剧协会的刊物《歌剧期刊》撰写过一系列有关演唱的文章，2005年被收录整理成《歌唱者的一生：目标和角色》一书。
